Changing Your Frequency
One of the most important steps to shift your frequency to put yourself in a calmer state is to pause. We live in a constant connected world. GOING. GOING. GOING. DOING. DOING. DOING.
So Pause let’s to take a timeout from that. To just be with yourself and open space to ask yourself, “How am I?”
So to create the best conditions for Pause, we will use music and comfortable location. You can use the featured music and find a comfortable spot where you can be free from distraction. While you are pausing, take a moment to ask yourself - Why am I here?
